Data sovereignty
Uploaded data files are stored securely in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) data-centre in the continental USA. Contact us if this location is a problem for you and we will try to accomodate your needs.
Deleting data
Data files and other data can be deleted by you at any time via this app. Deletion is permanent and irreversible; we do not store backups of user data files.
Privacy and data protection
Causal Wizard is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In alignment with GDPR principles, we choose not to collect any unnecessary information about you.
You will notice we don’t require you to provide any information about yourself, other than a contact email address. This is part of our general policy of not tracking our users individually, though we do collect aggregate usage data to understand how to improve the app. Additional information is required by our payment processor, if you choose to pay for the service. In which case - thankyou!
We do not place adverts on our site and we do not track anyone outside our site.
None of your data, user/usage data, email, payment details or any other information about you is provided to any third parties for any purpose, with the exception of payment details required by our payment processor for billing. We treat this data like hot potatoes, and discard it as soon as possible.
Your uploaded data continues to belong to you and will not be used by Causal Wizard for any purpose other than to provide and maintain our service to you.
